Delivery & Returns
Everything below applies to orders placed on giftsatsa.co.za and delivered anywhere in South Africa.
What delivery costs
- R99 flat rate to any address in South Africa.
- Free on orders over R1,000.
There is one flat rate. It does not change by province, and there is no separate surcharge for outlying areas.
How long delivery takes
- We dispatch within 1 business day.
- Main centres: 1–3 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days of being placed.
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days in transit, so usually 4–6 business days in total.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are dispatched on the next business day.
Who delivers
Orders are carried door-to-door, mostly by The Courier Guy. Deliveries are made to a physical street address during business hours — couriers cannot deliver to a post box.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a notification once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not heard from us within two business days of ordering, email gifts5005@gmail.com or call 083 459 3066.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. Email gifts5005@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging.
