Shipping policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We carry all stock in our warehouse. We do NOT work with back orders or third parties.

What you see is what you get. All quantities displayed are available in our warehouse in Centurion and ready to be shipped.  

Pricing: All prices displayed includes VAT.

Where we ship:

  • South Africa: We ship nationwide to street addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Processing times:

  • Order Dispathing: 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day.

Delivery timeframes:

  • South Africa (Main Centres): Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Regional/Remote Areas: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners (mostly The Courier Guy) and may be affected by high-season volumes, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping fees:

  • Free shipping on orders above R1,500 (South Africa only).

  • Orders R1,499 and under: A flat rate of R99 (incl VAT) is charged for all orders below R1500 (South Africa only). NO hidden cost or any additional charges will be added.

Order confirmation & tracking:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

  • A dispatch email with tracking number will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse. 

Address changes & delivery issues:

  • If you need to change your delivery address, email us immediately at gifts5005@gmail.com.

  • We can update addresses only before the order is dispatched.

  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier may re-attempt or hold the parcel at a local depot. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Lost, delayed, or missing parcels:

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking link and with household members/reception/security.

  • Then email gifts5005@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Confirmed lost parcels will be refunded or replaced (subject to stock availability).

Damages & Incorrect Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email gifts5005@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

    1. Order number

    2. Photos of the parcel and item(s),

    3.  A brief description of the issue.

  • You will be reimbursed in line with our Returns Policy (replacement, exchange or refund as applicable)

Corporate/High Volume Orders:

High volume orders (orders exceeding available quantities) can only be ordered by email: gifts5005@gmail.com. 

Availability and lead times will be arranged.
