How much is delivery?

A flat R99 anywhere in South Africa, and free on orders over R1,000. There is no separate outlying-area surcharge.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 1 business day. Main centres take 1–3 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Regional and outlying areas take 3–5 business days in transit.

Who delivers my order?

Door-to-door courier, mostly The Courier Guy. We deliver to street addresses, not post boxes.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

What size shorts should I order?

Our apparel is cut to European sizing, which runs slightly smaller than standard South African sizing. Measure your waist and use the size guide. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

What size are your socks?

Unisex, one size fits most. There is no size to choose.

Are your products made in South Africa?

Our shorts and socks are made in South Africa, with original South African-inspired designs. We also stock imported ranges — home fragrance and some novelty lines — alongside them.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. Email gifts5005@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

How can I pay?

Card, debit card, Instant EFT, Samsung Pay and Mobicred are accepted through Payfast at checkout.

Do you gift wrap?

Many of our gift sets and hampers arrive ready to give. If you need something specific, call 083 459 3066 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
